Because every purchase is a digital PDF delivered instantly, all sales are final once a download link has been issued. We stand behind the quality of every title we publish.
Exceptions
If your file is corrupted, fails to download, or you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we'll issue a replacement file or a full refund.
